Blade Runner 2049
Yep I was just going to suggest this. Not only is the atmos great, but the heavy bass shakes the house. Incredible audio mixing on Blade Runner 2049.

The Exorcist
I just watched a version of The Exorcist remixed with Atmos. Fantastic mix with planes flying about you from right to left, subway trains coming from the front and rushing past and behind you, etc. It was always an awesome sound track but Atmos makes it that much better.

Way before I put together an Atmos system I used The Exorcist to test my surround sound. It has one of the best mixes I’ve ever heard. It isn’t just the panning and bass and location of various sound cues, it’s also the way sounds are blended together to provide a transition from one scene to another. For instance, there is a chapter that ends with Reagan, the possessed girl, screaming, and her screams fade into and become the sound of rustling leaves for the next scene.
I wasn’t at all surprised to later learn that The Exorcist had been awarded an Oscar for best sound design.

Me and my wife watched the menu last night and it had surprisingly good atmos. Sounds effects were pretty frequently coming from the ceiling (5.2.2) and was concerning our cat. Definitely would recommend checking it out.

A Quiet Place 2
Late to the party but I recommend A Quiet Place 2. It’s a different Atmos experience. I like big sound movies as much as the next guy, but this film is inherently silent. They use Atmos effectively by isolating those creepy stalking sounds (think wooden floorboard creeking behind you and coming closer as the monster approaches).

Van Helsing
The film is terrible but Van Helsing has an absolutely insane DTS X mix. The sound from the height channels is non-stop. Would also recommend black hawk down.
